Boise Grazing Co. is a Cottage Bakery, meaning our food is prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to regulation and inspection by the regulatory authority. We get that can sound scary, but assure you we work on sparkling clean and sanitized surfaces, use clean utensils, and practice diligent food safety.
